SERVICE PRICE SCHEDULE BELOW

Hair Outaquin’s structure is that we have a three tier price structure dependant on which stylist you wish to do your hair. All stylists are fully qualified to perform to the highest standard.


CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. Please remember when booking an appointment no other client may have that appointment as it is now yours, we also allocate a highly qualified paid professional to take care of you for the time you have booked.

Unfortunately some appointments are cancelled with little or no notice. Our business is appointment based and any appointment cancelled at late notice causes an inconvenience to other clients and a loss of revenue to the salon.

We understand that "real life" things arise. Unfortunately the salon still bears the full cost. Out of respect to the salon and our other clients 24 hours notice is required for any change or cancellation of an appointment (please remember some appointments are double appointments like a colour and blowdry).

Should this not be possible a 25% charge will automatially be applied. In the event of a no show or repeat late cancellations the full cost of the service booked applies and a credit card will be required for future appointments.

In fairness we will offer the same respect to our clients as a salon/client relationship is a two way street. In the event we have to cancel an appointment (stylist sick etc) we will supply 24 hours notice. In the event we cannot supply 24 hours notice we will credit the clients account 25% of what was booked.

A pre soften is required in less than 10% of rebondings that we do.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Our extensions are individually personalised per client.
Our system means that without actually seeing you we have no idea how much it will cost, not even guess.

Please do not call asking how much your extensions will be if we have not seen you, we will not be able to answer your question. The price ranges below are as close as we are able to get without a consultation.

All we can say Is that the majority of our clients are between $700 and $1500 with 80% of those being around $1100.

A Full head of Tape Extensions range from $799 in 18" and $899 in 22" with a senior stylist. These are worst case scenarios, with tape we are only able to quote worst case in any situation.

No Hair Extension appointment is taken without a physical consultation
Once we have seen you we can work out details and supply you with the information you require.

The information below excludes Hair Extensions and Thermal re bonding consultations.

Hair Outaquin charge $30 for consultation only appointments. (excluding extension/straightening consults)
Consultation Only appointments are not taken on Wednesday evenings or Saturdays. The salon director doe snot take consultation only appointments but adequate time is made to allow consult at appointment for service.

Should you attend an appointment relating to the consultation within a month the $30 will be reimbursed.
Appropriate consultations are always performed at service appointments.

24 hours notice is required for all appointment changes or cancellations, alternatively a fee will apply.

  • Minimum 50% deposit required on booking for all hair extensions and straightening / smoothing services.
  • Hair Outaquin accept Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and Cash. Sorry we do not accept cheques in any form or credit cards over the phone. We are able to receive direct funds transfers prior.
